This is a temporary role to start with, with the likelihood of becoming permanent, and you will have the opportunity to build a develop a career.

The role will be of a customer service nature, there are no requirements to work evenings or weekends, and as well as a competitive pay rate you will be eligible for an annual bonus payment, pay increases dependant on your performance and ongoing learning and development.

Currently, we are recruiting Customer Service Representatives for an amazing opportunity within a Prominent Banking Group in Edinburgh. If you are experienced in the way of retail or telephone work, you would probably have what it takes to take on this new challenge.

Monday-Friday (Rotational Shifts) between 8am-6pm.
Located at Orchard Brae

Experience in the financial industry is not mandatory! Although, it could only work as an asset in your application, previous work in the bank is not a necessity. More than anything, our client is looking for amazing Customer Service Advisers who are keen to deliver the best possible service to their customers.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

  • Primarily a telephone position, you will be completing telephony, digital and admin-based tasks to service customer queries. 
  • Take ownership of customer problems solving them at first point of contact and escalating when required.
  • Build long-lasting professional relationships with our customers that will exceed their expectations
  • Deal with customer data ethically
  • Collaborate within the team to clarify facts, exchange information or resolve enquiries and issues
