Inbound Customer Services Advisors - Part Time (20 hours per week)

Pay Rate: £8.10 per hour

We are recruiting inbound Customer Services Advisors to work on a temporary basis with the opportunity to be taken on to a permanent contract with a friendly team of customer service pros in the Capita call centre for an organisation that puts the customer at the heart of everything they do.
The role:

Working within the N-Power team, you will be taking calls relating to queries, payments, billing issues etc. You will be confident, resilient and have an exceptional motivation to succeed.

If you have customer service skills, ensuring all conversations are relevant and focused, you'll love this role working with one of the UK's leading energy providers. 
Key Information:

  • Part time hours: 20 per week including Saturdays

  • Earliest start time 09.00am and latest finish time 15.00 pm, however you will need to be fully flexible.

  • Full training will be provided and covers system usage, having quality conversations, and all aspects of how to approach customer service calls, training will be Monday - Friday 09.00 - 15.00 for the first five weeks.
