Blue Arrow currently recruiting on behalf of one of Scotland's most affluent hotels for a Chef de Partie. Although situated in the lower Scottish highlands, this hotel is also accessible to the city plus provides accommodation to any candidate willing to relocate.

The position itself will involve working to your own initiative within an allocated section in the kitchen, using all fresh produce from the hotel garden and persistently producing faultless dishes. The ideal candidate will have exposure to a variety of cooking styles and a progressive work history. Although we would prefer a candidate with rosette experience, a strong work ethic, creative flair and willingness to learn is paramount.

You will be willing to work alongside a committed brigade who are are currently pushing towards higher accolades. You should be an adaptable chef who is eager to fit in with a small integrated team and strive towards success.


The job itself will offer a competitive salary between £22,000-£24,000
