My client is a well established 4 * Hotel on the outskirts of Cardiff.
They are currently recruiting an experienced Sous chef/ Senior Sous Chef to work as part of the resort management team, you will be responsible for running various kitchens across the resort ensuring quality of food and standards.
Hours will vary however approx 48 hours per week with a requirement to provide out of hours cover
*Sous chef experience in a similar environment
*Level 3 food safety
*Level 2 HACCP
*Own transport - due to location
