Advert - Equipment Support                                                                                                     

About the Job:

Will be working 3 days on 3days off 08:00 - 20:00

Equipment Support Handles calls from all areas of EE in relation to all aspects of the delivery services, delivering excellent customer service throughout.

Other aspect of the role may include:

  • Managing and allocating stock orders for direct consumers and dealerships

  • Carrying out reconciliation processes to ensure equipment is recovered to Supply Chain

  • Creating and submitting claims to delivery partners to recover losses

  • In depth investigative work on potential fraud cases relating the teams processes

  • Analysis of insurance claims to ensure adherence

  • The processing of return stock and account administration

  • Liaising with other departments and 3rd parties relating to account charges and restrictions

  • Delivering excellent customer service throughout

  • All general administration
