Cable Recovery Administrator required to work for National Blue Chip Telecommunications Compnany

Role & Responsibilities

  • Producing daily cable order pick list and working with FLT operator to label and send out drums/reels of cable.

  • Booking Cable Returns Requests on Transport's Trax system and receipting in at Northallerton under the relevant returning programme.

  • Monitor and update stock levels on ASC to ensure returned stock can be ordered.

  • Assess daily ordering reports against available reuse cables making adjustments to orders to ensure they are fulfilled.

  • Attend daily calls with Transport to track cables being returned, responsible for maintaining cable returns process.

  • Checking cable drum labels in the yard during audits to ensure stock list is correct

Required Skills

  • Must have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, experience working with databases would be preferable.

  • Good telephone manner and communications skills.

  • Ability to interpret data through Excel and produce KPI figures from stock data.

  • Able to produce process flows on Microsoft Visio would be desirable but not essential.

 Full training will be provided on all systems required.
