Blue Arrow have an excellent opportunity to join a growing HR team! This would be especially exciting for anyone who is keen to gain experience in either a HR or payroll environment.

Working within a growing HR and payroll team you will be supporting with obtaining and processing candidate details, checking all compliance documents and supporting with all aspects of administration.

Candidates will be expected to have a good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages including word and excel and have an excellent telephone manner as they will be liaising with candidates and applicants of all levels.

Experience of working as part of a team would be advantageous in addition to working within a payroll or HR function.

Other aspects of the role include:

Compiling correspondence
Working as part of a busy team
Working to strict deadlines and processes
Administration, including filing
