Blue Arrow is recruiting for an experienced accounts administrator for our client in Sheffield. A temporary to permanent job offer is available for the right candidate. This is an exciting opportunity that offers a varied role within a professional environment.  

Duties

Working as an accounts administrator you will be dealing with purchase ledger:

  • Sales ledger
  • Basic accounts assistance
  • Invoicing
  • Sending communications
  • General administrative support
  • Filing
  • Email monitoring
  • Taking occasional inbound calls
  • Utilising Sage 50 in relation to customer accounts

Requirements

12 months administrative experience
Experience using Sage 50 
Desirable

AAT Level 2 or 3
Microsoft Excel competency
