Customer Adviser (inbound call centre)
Location: Newcastle 
Salary: £16,038 + flex 7.5% allowance and an OTE of £21,700
Full Time, Permanent position
Shifts: Between 08:00 and 20:15 Monday - Friday and Saturday's from 09:00 - 17:15

Blue Arrow's client is looking for high calibre individuals to join our team in Newcastle. In this role no two calls are ever exactly the same and as an Inbound Customer Adviser you'll need to be ready for anything. What will I be doing?

As an Inbound Customer Adviser you will be at the front-line of the business, having all kinds of conversations with new and existing customers. You might talk about anything from Motor and Home Insurance through to a whole host of additional products and services that suit their needs. To be successful in this role, you'll need to be highly motivated and the desire to want to do the right thing for our customers is vital too.
Within each of the departments you will work a roster pattern that doesn't include Sundays and they look to maintain a work / life balance and with rest days in the week you can still balance your time with friends, family and hobbies.

Requirements for the role


  • Experience in a call centre would be useful, but more important is your willingness to learn, your determination, ability to build rapport and deliver world class customer service.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous contact centre experience is desirable but not essential 
  • Previous Computer experience desirable
  • Organisation and planning 
  • Ability to work as part of a team
