Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for a Part-time Customer Service Team Leader based in the heart of Belfast

17.5hrs per week


Flexible on days worked

24k-30k pro rata

Monday - Friday

Job Description

-Performance Management. You are accountable for performance delivered in the Customer Service Department
-Delivery of a consistently high standard of customer & consumer service
-Customer & Consumer Escalations
-Brilliant Execution. Operate with a clear set of priorities, adjusting for obstacles & course correcting as required
-Productivity/Continuous Improvement. Responsible for delivering high levels of productivity
-People Management. Responsible & accountable for recruiting, training, coaching and developing your team.
-Systems. Operate with a full optional knowledge of systems used in the customer service department.
-Analysis. Provide expert analysis of all reports and data sources.

Experience Required

• Preferable to have a min of 2-3 years' experience in a similar Line Manager role in a busy FMCG/or Contact Centre environment.
• Can demonstrate success at a previous people management role.
• Can demonstrate ability to deliver consistent high quality results in a target driven environment.
• Can demonstrate ability to use own initiative & deliver to deadlines.
• Proven strong analytical skills, ability to deep dive into data and interpret information and statistics
• Have strong interpersonal/relationship building skills with ability to confront difficult issues or situations.
• Excellent spoken & written English.
• Can demonstrate experience & ability in working with CRM technologies. Salesforce & SAP is a significant advantage.
Capable of reporting from systems
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Office suite- excel, word & power point.

Desirable Qualifications

A third level qualification is desirable.
Minimum A Levels or equivalent e.g HND or leaving cert, etc
