Blue Arrow are privileged to be working with an International Banking Group in Belfast.
  • Temporary position (8 months)
  • Customer Service Advisor
  • Belfast
  • Start date 14th November (Pending success at assessment centre on Tuesday 28th or Thursday 30th November)
  • Hours are 8 per day, 5 days per week between 10am and 10pm (Weekend work will be required at OT rate)
  • Rate of pay - £9.90 per hour STD hours


The Role

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Care Advisor to form an integral part of the Fraud Team.

As an experienced call centre operative a you will be the first point of contact for the banks inbound customer calls, meeting their Call Centre Operative needs efficiently and diligently and often within a single phone call.

What will you Be Doing?

You will be handling calls from customers across the banking service who are having issues with data integrity or any worries about fraudulent activity, for example - phishing scams or scam text messages requesting banking information. It will be your responsibility to solve these queries in a timely and satisfactory manor using the ample information sources that will be available to you. You will need to have the ability to deal with any customer complaints with a degree of empathy and with the understanding that it is a stressful position to be in if you have been a victim of fraud. All resources for solving the fraud enquiries will be provided and fully available alongside full training.

What are we looking for?

The ideal candidate will be from a call centre background preferably within the financial sector. You will be used to working in a high pressure environment and be able to maintain high standards of compliance at all times. You will have a flexible attitude to work patterns as there will be shift work involved. Overall, we are seeking focused and accurate individuals who have a proven history of providing excellent customer service.

The role comes with the added benefits of an incremental pay rate and paid overtime available.

We will be holding an assessment centre on Tuesday 28th and Thursday 30th November
