Our client a luxurious rosette awarded 4* Hotel in Marlow is looking to appoint a talented Senior Sous Chef to join their growing team.
You will join a brigade of 12 Chefs and take a hands on approach to support the Head Chef set and maintain the highest standards.
Offering a salary of up to £35,000 with a share of the service charge, you will work 5 out of 7 days with bank holidays and weekends on a rota basis so flexibility is required.
This position would suit a Sous Chef looking to take there next career step with an experienced and talented Head Chef
- Experience of cooking in a Restaurant or Hotel
- Previous experience working in AA rosette kitchens will be preferred
- Strong team player with a "can-do" attitude
- Driven and ambitious with a desire to assist the Head Chef in attaining 2 AA rosettes.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions in line with the business model
- A passion for standards and the customer experience
- Ability to maintain a focused and calm attitude, in line with expectations
- Comfortable supporting and leading junior members of the brigade
