Customer Service Executive


 


Blue Arrow Glasgow has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Executive to join our clients Lanarkshire Depot on a Fixed Term Contract for 12 months.

You will work pro-actively alongside the Customer Service Manager liaising with both external customers and internal departments.


 


Key Responsibilities include:

  • Client Retention
  • Dealing with invoicing / payment issues
  • Working closely with company account managers to ensure the company builds long term client relationships.
  • Acting as the main point of contact for day-to-day Customer Service related queries and requests and deal with daily business issues as they arise.
  • Ensures all invoice queries and complaints are logged in CRM & is responsible for managing from start to completion within established service level agreements, ensuring all relevant information is appropriately saved to CRM. 
  • Ensures that appropriate audit trails are put together and processes are followed
  • Proactively manages and deals with all enquiries received into multiple mailboxes.
  • Proactively contacts customers to gain feedback on the service & feedback to relevant departments any areas for improvements.
  • Escalates issues to management as appropriate to ensure satisfactory resolutions are met.

  • Confident in questioning or challenge things if they don't look right
  • Able to analyse data, spot trends, draw conclusions and make recommendations to customers and management.
  • Able to use automated information systems to analyse the customers situation
  • Able to communicate information clearly, both written and verbal
  • The ability to tailor communication style and format to each customer
  • Client focused, can deliver customer service to required standards in a professional and polite manner.
  • Customer focused. Able to deal with suppliers in a professional and polite manner.
  • Able to handle complaints & issues
  • Flexible and adaptable
  • Experienced with MS office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint)

 


The salary for the position is up to £18,500 depending on experience.  Working hours are Monday - Friday 9.00am -5pm.
