Do you have experience in an office-based administration environment? 


Are you immediately available for temporary (potentially leading to permanent) roles?


We are currently working with one of our key clients who have an immediate requirement for an experienced administrator to join the team in their fast paced office. 


You will work closely with the HR Team and Office Manager, so some experience of HR Admin would be an advantage. 


You will be responsible for all aspect of office administration including:

  • Taking incoming calls

  • Reception / switchboard cover

  • Meeting and greeting visitors to the premises

  • Data entry

  • Utilising all MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher)

  • Assisting other departments as required (HR, Finance, Payroll etc)



To be successful for this role you will be:

  • Well presented, experienced in a customer facing and be able to demonstrate first class communication skills. 


My client is seeking someone who can really contribute to their team and for the right candidate the opportunity could be long term or potentially permanent.


The standard hours are Monday to Friday between 8.30am - 5.30pm, however a degree of flexibility will be expected.
