I am currently recruiting for our client who has a Contact Centre in Pendeford.

The position is to work in the telephone banking department taking all inbound calls from existing customers. Your role will involve providing support and guidance over the phone for all financial queries and help solve complaints for customers.

This is a full time position 5 days out of 7 and 35 hours per week. The shifts will be anytime between 8am and 8pm and you will be required to work some weekends.

Ideal candidate:
-Excellent communication skills
-Good knowledge of IT

-Previous customer service experience 
-Clear credit history & Clear criminal record
