Banking Administrator 

Blue Arrow are excited be representing one of the UK's largest Financial Services Providers on a large project that is taking place in one of their offices based in Glasgow City Centre. We are looking to speak with Administrators that have previous Banking experience and want to work for a well-known and respected company.

The role will be a minimum 3 month contract with the view of becoming permanent at the end of the contract. 

Your duties and responsibilities will be varied and will include:

  • Carrying out a range of demanding clerical and customer service duties
  • Receiving emails and managing a shared inbox
  • Record Management
  • Ensuring Quality Assurance and Compliance is to a high standard
  • Act as a source of expertise to junior team members providing coaching as support
  • When required prepare a range of returns and reports as appropriate.
  • Identify and suggest improvements to procedures
  • Managing an audit trail of any paperwork that is dealt with
  • Managing a certain amount of caseloads per week whilst working in line with SLA's
  • Mail Room duties
  • Contribute to the appraisal process, collecting and keeping appropriate data
  • General admin duties - Filing, photocopying, data entry

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

  • Strong communication skills 
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Previous banking administration experience
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment 
  • Able to follow set guidelines, timescales and SLA's

  • Monday to Friday work (No weekends) and working sociable shifts - 8AM to 4PM and 9AM to 5PM
