The role:

We'd love to hear from you if you're interested in taking on an important and busy role providing excellent levels of customer service.

Working within the Fraud team, you have an important and busy role in handling queries from this leading brand's customers. You are someone who understands and appreciates the need to handle queries quickly and efficiently.

Skills required:
  • Strong Customer Service skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Answering inbound customer calls in an efficient and effective manner providing the highest level of customer service
  • Investigating and resolving complaints of customer satisfaction complaints in a manner consistent with the Financial Conduct Authority complaint handling requirements and Group Complaint Handling Policy
  • Focus on quality, productivity and delivery of outstanding customer service
  • Communicate professionally and concisely with customers to clearly communicate
  • Ensure legislative regulatory requirements are adhered to in-line with relevant policies

Key Information:
  • You will be working variable shifts available between the hours of 8am - 10pm.
  • You will be placed on a rotational shift pattern, working any 5 days out of 7 including weekends.
