Are you a Junior Personal Assistant or Office Coordinator looking for a new challenging role?

Then we have a fantastic opportunity for you with one of the UK's biggest banking groups. Our client is looking for confident individuals with great attention to detail, to be a part of their Rectifications Team in Edinburgh's city centre.


The Office Coordinator will help the team to operate efficiently by managing the administrative tasks within the team. This will involve:
 
•           Running the team mailbox
•           Organising meetings, including room booking, compiling agendas and minute-taking.
•           Tracking completion of tasks/actions
•           Maintaining structure charts and distribution lists
•           Induction of new team members
•           Absence tracking
 
Key competencies, knowledge & skills:



  • PA/Secretarial experience
  • Computer Literate
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective influencing skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Experience in previous administrative role essential
