Great news! We've got an exciting new opportunity to join our Social Media Team.

What does the role involve?

The Social Media Team primarily replies to all inbound contacts on the official Facebook and Twitter channels. We currently look after 2 Facebook channels (with over 60 million page likes), and 4 Twitter channels (with over 500k followers). There are additional tasks which you receive training for, including responding to Google Reviews, answering product queries on the Argos and company website, and responding to Amazon Reviews. We also moderate the official Community which was launched last year. These are just a few of the additional tasks we do.

The role is a specialist role, as it requires a particular set of skills. Therefore, the team are paid a tier 2 salary. The opening hours are between 8am -10pm 7 days a week. This is consistent throughout the whole year, with the exception of Christmas Day where the business is closed.

What are we looking for?
