Team Leader - Belper, Derby

Contract type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: £12.37 p/h

The Role:

We are currently looking to recruit an TEAM LEADER (customer service and administration) for our fantastic client based in Belper, Derby. You will be joining a fast paced environment, with the responsibility to manage a small team. This is a full-time temporary on-going position.

The role requires a well organised candidate who is a team player and has good use of initiative, due to the variety of tasks that will be expected of you. Tasks include;

  • Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions
  • Managing incoming customer calls and queries 
  • Delivering excellent customer service
  • Processing customer accounts
  • Troubleshooting and investigating to resolve customer complaints
  • Compiling reports
  • Managing a small team
  • Updating records and archiving documents

Key Information 

  • 37.5 hours per week
  • Mon - Fri (8:30am - 5:00pm)

The Person:

  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Previous customer service / team leader experience
  • Previous experience with SAP is an advantage
  • Good organizational skills, able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong computer skills. (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Ability to show initiative, be efficient and self-motivated
