Customer Liaison Assistant - Peterborough

My client in Peterborough is looking for a customer liaison assistant to join their team.   

To provide a proactive approach to managing the customer experience. To help ensure we deliver the best possible service to retain and develop future business within this high profile and high revenue Account.

The role requires a self-starter capable of working on their own initiative with the support of the team manager.

At all times our Customers need to be fully informed of any potential problems and proposed solutions working to their specific service level agreements.

The position will work closely with the Sales team and will offer real opportunities for personal development within this area of the business

DUTIES 

  • Provide a first line of communication support
  • Run daily and monthly 'health check' reports to ensure SLA's are being met
  • Process and action any areas of concern, liaising with other areas of service delivery to ensure speedy solutions are achieved
  • Meet regularly with the Account Supervisor to prepare contract reports, KPI's reports and agendas for customer review meetings.
  • Work with internal finance functions to assist in resolving disputes for customer invoices.
  • Liaise with service delivery dispatchers to establish information for customers.
  • Liaise with the Contracts team to ensure customer equipment database is accurately maintained.
  • Undertake any other duties as appropriate within your competence, as required by line manager
  • To support the administration and Sales element of the account
  • Produce invoices/credits for contracts and resolve disputes
  • Ensure customer specific administration procedures are adhered to
  • Produce customer estimates and liaise with customer
  • Customer enquiries and queries
  • Undertake any other duties as appropriate, within your competence. As required by your line manager.
