We are currently recruiting Customer Service Representatives for a prominent Banking Group in Edinburgh.

Previous experience in the banking field is ideal, but not necessary. More importantly, our client is searching for passionate individuals with a drive to bring the best level of service to their customers.
Telephone experience would be preferred, but is not mandatory. If you have worked in a retail or customer service position where customer satisfaction is key, you could be a great fit for these roles!


Primarily a telephone position, you would be helping customers day to day with queries. Acting as a guide for customers through all aspects of their pension. For example, you might be helping customers to understand their statements, pension transfers and quotations.

Candidates would be dealing with customer data and would need to handle it ethically and in accordance with requirements.

Good communication skills are key, as you will not only be corresponding with customers, but also, collaborating within the team to clarify facts, exchange information or resolve enquiries and issues.

Candidates must be flexible, adaptable to change and willing to embrace new ideas.


This position will provide you with 4-6 weeks of formal training when you begin work. The extensive level of training is designed to guarantee your comfort as you go into this role and begin assisting customers.


Candidates applying must have a general understanding of what a pension is and a good level of customer-centric experience.
Telephone and/or pensions admin experience is beneficial.
