We are looking to recruit a deputy Catering manager to work in a site in a secure site in East London.
The position will be working 5 days out of 7, 40 hours a week, and the hours will vary between 06.00 and 18.00, you will be put on rolling rota. You will be required to work some weekends.

Your primary responsibilities will include:
Following the companies HACCP Policy/ Health and Safety Policies
Placing orders with nominated suppliers following G4S Company procedures
To deputise and represent G4S in the absence of the Catering Manager
To ensure all cash taken is dealt with following G4S procedures
Carrying out administration of the hospitality
To ensure all records are kept for audit purposes
To Ensure Catering Training records are kept up to date
To carry out training
Take deliveries as required
Also to check all Delivery Temperatures, fridge & freezer temperatures , food temperatures in line with the companies HACCP policy and keep records of the temperatures

You will also be required to cover when a chef is on holiday/sick etc so it is essential that you have experience to sous chef level. An NVQ Level 1,2,3 would be desirable and a minimum of 5 years experience asd a sous chef would be preferred

This is a secure site so a DBS will be required for this role.
