We are looking to recruit a Head Chef for immediate start in Central London.

Job Description
The Head Chef will manage the food production services for a healthcare site ensuring that the highest standards are achieved. Your role will include the provision of strong management and leadership to all kitchen based staff, to train and develop staff to ensure quality and consistency are met at all times.

Duties & Responsibilities
Manage the provision of high quality food services to patients, visitors, consultants and staff.
Provide food services of the required quality within budgetary constraints and manage workforce planning (WFP) in line with units of service (UOS) Review policies and procedures and working practices and ensure Health and Safety, COSHH and Hygiene regulations are adhered to and complete daily HCAPP report Monitor and deal with complaints Organise an efficient and effective kitchen team Recruitment and selection of staff Design seasonal menus as well implementing new menus with recipe cards

Skills & Experience
City & Guilds 706 (1&2) Qualified. Basic Food Hygiene regulations and practice Knowledge of relevant hospital policies and procedures would be desirable but not essential. Previous experience of working at a Head Chef level is essential.
