Deputy Head Chef - Hotel - Salary £25,000-27,000 - Pembrokeshire

 

Blue Arrow are currently recruiting for an experienced and qualified Sous Chef to help organize the kitchen activities of a busy Hotel.

 

Responsibilities

Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities

Construct menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings

Be fully in charge of hiring, managing and training kitchen staff

Requirements

Proven experience as head chef

Exceptional proven ability of kitchen management

Outstanding communication and leadership skills

Credentials in health and safety training
