Salary: £30,000- £35,000 dependent on experience + bonus/commission opportunities
About our client:
Our client is a market leading trade supplier in work and corporate wear for iconic outdoor brands. Due to expansion, they are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager who is fluent in German or French to expand their market reach and drive sales growth.
Job Description:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be a self-starter and play a crucial role in expanding their European customer base and sales in German and/or French-speaking markets. Your primary responsibility will be to identify and develop new sales opportunities, establish strong relationships with clients, and contribute to the overall growth and profitability of the company.
About you:

• Fluency in German or French is essential.
• Ideally have 1-5 years B2B business development or sales experience, particularly with a knowledge of the promotional marketing industry
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Key Responsibilities:
Market Expansion: Identify and research potential markets and opportunities within their European customer base and sales.
Client Relationship Management: Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Product Knowledge: Become an expert in their products and stay up-to-date with trends to effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.

Our client is based in Congleton CW12, so if you have access to your own car and live in surrounding areas, great! If you are limited to public transport, there are bus stops a short walk from the site.
