Role: Customer Service Advisor
Location: Pendeford Business Park, Wolverhampton, WV9 5HA
Division: Commercial Banking - Online Helpdesk
Salary: £10.64 per hour
Contract: Temporary (Ongoing), 6 months minimum - strong possibility of becoming a permanent role
Hours: Full time, 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm)
Job Description
Working in a fast-paced environment handling inbound calls within a specialist helpdesk which supports Commercial customers.
Assisting Commercial customers with technical issues within their online banking platform (e.g unlocking
account access for administrators, assisting with user permissions, helping with payment issues and running
reports).
Supporting customers with navigating the system and taking ownership of their problems, solving them at first
point of contact and escalating when required.
Skills/Experience Required
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to engage empathetically with customers.
Adaptable and able to flex to change.
Problem solving skills.
Ability to collaborate across different areas to support customer needs.
Ability to navigate across multiple computer systems.
