Early Intervention Officer - Homeworking - Full Time - 6/12 month FTC - 22k - 24,212k
35 Hours per Week between 8am - 8pm
May be required to work occasional Saturday mornings between 9am - 1pm

An exciting new team has been created within our busy and vibrant Income Collection Department. The Early Arrears Intervention Team will be responsible for the recovery of both historic and new, early arrears and providing an excellent customer service.

Working & Operational Hours
35 Hours per Week between 8am - 8pm
May be required to work occasional Saturday mornings between 9am - 1pm
Training Provided:
This is a homeworking role but there will be up to 4 weeks of training provided which will require you to be at our Sidcup office during the training
You will also be required to attend the Sidcup office approximately every 6 weeks for additional training, coaching and team meetings.
