A leading, dynamic, and well-known education contract caterer are looking for a Chef Manager to lead a brigade at a key independent education site

* Location: High Wycombe
* Contract: Permanent - term time only - 42 weeks of year
* Salary: £32,000
* Hours: Monday to Friday (6.30am to 4.00pm) 45 hours per week

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Boarding house

Unit is open 7 days a week breakfast, break, lunch break, supper,

Cooking and managing the site catering for 100 borders

Evening and weekend chefs' part of team.

Need to engage with the pupils and be used to cooking daily

What You Need to Be Successful:

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Must have experience in Private Education sector

Creativity and keen interest in food and cooking
Strong communication skills
