A leading, dynamic, and well-known education contract caterer are looking for a Chef key site in Blackheath, term time only!

* Contract: Permanent - term time only
* Salary: £37,000
* Hours: Monday to Friday (7am to 4.30pm)

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Preparing, cooking, and presenting food in line with required standards

Secondary school

Managing 7 GAs, Cooking mains and all management (200+ volume cooking)
Ensuring the quality and portion size of the food meets the correct standards
To comply with relevant health and safety guidelines

What You Need to Be Successful:

Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Previous experience in similar role

Creativity and keen interest in food and cooking
Strong communication skills
