I am currently looking for a part-time Customer Service Agent for my client based in Edinburgh. As a Customer Service Advisor you will be first point of contact for business customers, handling inbound calls and resolving any queries while providing an exceptional level of customer service.

These roles will be homeworking, however, you must be able to attend the Edinburgh office for training.

Hours : 30 hours weekly
Contracted days : Monday, Tuesday, Thursday & Friday 10am-6pm
