Blue Arrow is recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef to work at an event on Thursday 4th August.
Your main duties will include:
Working under the Head Chef to deliver a high standard or food preparation in line with menu spec.
Deliver a high quality service.
Following portion control requirements
Maintaining a high level of personal and kitchen hygiene.
This role would be initially for 1 day. However, the client has informed us that this could becoming a regular fixture for the right candidate.
Hours of work - 8am-4pm
Rate of pay - £14 per hour
Applicants must hold a Food Hygiene Level 2 certificate dated within the last 3 years.
