Location - The Money Centre, 1 Drake Circus, Plymouth PL1 1QH (ON-SITE)
Role - Customer service Advisor, Co-op Bank
Hours - Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm
Pay - £10.26ph, 37.5 hours PW, Paid weekly
Training - 3-4 classroom training
Temp position until Spring 2023
Blue Arrow have an exciting new opportunity working as a Customer Service Representative to Administer Mortgages on behalf of the reputable CO-OP Bank (Capita). This role would include processing all incoming and outgoing requests for customers and providing support with general queries via email, phone or letter. The Client has confirmed this role will be based FULL TIME ONSITE.
Role Purpose
* Perform a range of processing and support activities to facilitate effective customer service in line with regulatory requirements, all procedures and standards.
* Customer focus, ensure accurate updates are provided and recorded, act upon customer feedback trends and opportunities, implementing improvements to the customer experience.
* Demonstrate a good depth of knowledge and/or breadth of product and process knowledge in order to investigate and resolve our client's customer queries
* Process all incoming and outgoing requests for our clients' customers effectively and in a timely manner, ensuring the customer is contacted through the relevant channel (phone, email, letter etc)
* Maintain a competent status in accordance with the Mortgage T&C scheme
Essential Skills
* Experience of delivering exceptional customer service
* Experience of developing strong customer relationships
* Confident in using multiple computer systems
* Excellent communication skills both written and verbal

Desirable Skills
* Experience of working as an agent in a similar customer focused environment
* Knowledge of the UK retail and banking sector, competition activity, emerging trends, market developments and the regulatory environment, and the mortgage market
* Experience of trading within a regulated competency framework environment
* Industry experience with up to date regulatory and market knowledge
