Warehouse Team leader

As a Team Leader, you will play a key role in providing support for the Operations Manager as well as warehouse operatives to exceed expectations on site.

This role is being offered on a temp to permanent, full-time basis with an average of 40 hours, If successful, you will predominantly work either early shifts starting at 06:30, or late shifts finishing at 20:00 (21:00 in peak) though some flexibility may be required and involvement in yearly Stock Take is required.
What you'll do on a typical day:
* Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of policies and procedures
* Prioritise and delegate tasks to meet deadlines
* Monitor productivity and collate colleagues' figures
* Respond promptly and thoroughly to incoming emails from both customers and colleagues
What you need to succeed
* Previous supervisory experience within a similar environment
* Excellent administration and organisational skills, ideally have a background in using a Warehouse Management System (not essential as this can be trained)
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
* A committed and flexible approach to work
