Cook Manager - Primary School - Lower Earley - Term Time Only - £12.00 P/Hour
Are you an experienced Cook Manager looking for a role which offers a great work/life balance? The role is term time only 30-35 hours per week at £12.00 per hour.
You would be preparing food from scratch following a menu cycle for the children and staff on site at this primary school in Newbury. The site caters for staff and pupils for lunch service. The Chef Manager/Cook is supported by General Assistants who will support with light prep work and cleaning duties.
The ideal candidate would possess the following.....
* Experience of working with fresh seasonal ingredients
* Experience of managing a small team
* Understanding of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene practices and paperwork
* A team player with a 'can do' attitude
* A passion for food and producing the best for the customers
