Blue Arrow are recruiting for an Office Cleaner for a leading public sector client based in Newry
Job Title: Office Cleaner

Salary: £9.60 per hour
Duration: Temporary
Hours: 27.5 hours per week - Monday - Friday 07.30-13.00
Provision of cleaning service throughout the depot according to a rota. This role will involve the
use of mechanical and electrical cleaning equipment.
Job duties:

* The cleaning, washing, sweeping, vacuum cleaning, emptying litter bins, polishing and
dusting of designated areas (which includes toilets, shower rooms, changing rooms and
associated facilities) and fixtures and fittings, using where appropriate, the necessary
powered equipment.
* To ensure adequate supplies of hand towels, soaps and toilet paper in all deport toilet
facilities.
* To report any internal damage or maintenance requirements noted during cleaning tasks
to the Facilities Co-Ordinator.
* To store away and keep a stock of cleaning materials.
Candidates will work between Council Offices, Monaghan Row, Newry and Council Offices, Greenbank, Newry
Essential Criteria:
* Hold a full driving licence as travel will be required between sites
* Minimum of 6 months experience cleaning in commercial and public buildings
* Previous experience of operating electrical and mechanical cleaning equipment
* You will require a Basic Access NI clearance for this role
