Customer Service Advisor working in SIDCUP KENT / Agile - hybrid- Mon - Fri - 8am - 8pm / 8hour shift patterns - £21,840 - £22,916
All shifts are scheduled as required between 8am - 8pm, Monday - Friday

There will be a mandatory 6-week training programme.
Classroom training will be on Monday 26th September and Monday 3rd October based on site working in SIDCUP KENT

The other days will be home working.
Please kindly note, you will need to be able to commit to 6 weeks full-time training from the start date. We will not be able to authorise holiday during this time.
The Role:
Our customers are the most important part of our business and as a member of the customer service centre, it is vital that you have the passion as a customer service professional to deliver excellence every time.

We are growing as a company and the Customer Service Centre receive circa 3500 inbound calls per day. We're looking for someone who can demonstrate strong communication skills, is a high achiever who drives to meet and exceed KPIs but also has experience of prioritising and managing their own time. This will be measured against the high standards of customer satisfaction we set ourselves, are you up to the challenge? If you are, then you sound perfect for our team!
* Dealing with a range of enquires which could include maintenance repairs new and existing, housing management, account information - such as paying rent, money advice and support, Buying and selling property, and general leasehold enquires.
* Answers customers messages via multiple channel such as telephone, email and any inhouse packages to enhance the customer service experience.
* Provide accurate and appropriate information to the enquiry.
* Keeping confidential record of customer interaction, transactions comments and complaints, using the tools provided
* Comply with company policy and procedures and advocate our company Values.
* Provide first contact resolution where possible, through ownership of queries and taking the relevant action required.
* This may include liaising with other departments where needed.
* Play an active role towards departmental KPI's and company objectives.

You also need reliable broadband with a minimum 30Mbps download and 10Mbps upload speed. We will ask for proof of your broadband speed and home set-up if offered the role.

Shortlisted applicants will be invited to an assessment day on either the 16th, 17th or 18th August.
This will be held in Sidcup.
You must arrive at the office at 9am for a prompt start and are expected to finish by 1:30pm.

If successful, we will supply you with a Microsoft surface pro, monitor, keyboard, mouse, and headset. You need to have a quiet, suitable workspace, a desk and chair. You also need reliable broadband with a minimum 30Mbps download and 10Mbps upload speed. We will ask for proof of your broadband speed and home set-up if offered the role.

After the first two weeks, the set office day will be Wednesday.

You will be required to attend training and meetings at Cray House, as and when required by the business.
