Permanent PA/ Administrator Required!
Salary range - £25-28K (Pro rata)
Part Time 25 hrs per week
We have an opportunity for a PA Administrator to work for a client based in Glasgow on a part time basis. This would be 25 hours per week and must fall within core business hours of 0800-1700, there is a degree of flexibility as to the hours you would want to work - eg Mon - Fri 0930-1430 The client are also open to discussing hybrid working, possibly 1 day per week, but the role is very much office based.
Day to day duties of the role will include:-
o Diary management of CEO and CFO, including responding to internal and external meeting requests and making the necessary arrangements
o Proficient in use of Microsoft packages, especially Word, Excel and Outlook
o Regular inbox management, flagging any urgent matters for attention as appropriate
o Preparation of documents including power point presentations, adhering to visual brand guidelines
o Proactive preparation of draft agendas and supporting documentation for meetings to ensure that they are well organised and run smoothly
o Maintenance of relevant client management information
o Pro-actively arrange all travel and accommodation requirements for full team
o Process, monitor and retain records of expenses
o Ad hoc associated Personal Assistant and team secretarial duties
o Adhere to the firm's information security standards, policies and procedures
o Opportunity search on international portals
o Allocation of tasks, follow up and reporting
o Manage digital marketing team located offsite
o Manage and maintain HR records and carry out onboarding for new starts
o Organise meetings, record minutes and share action points
