Job Role & Key experience SSE are looking for:
* Telephone customer services experience - the Advisors will be working in the connections team who are the first point of contact for customer wishing to have a new electricity connection, increase the size of their existing connection, install generation, or move the equipment supplying their property.
* The Advisors will also speak to many customers regarding other general engineering enquiries and take payments for all chargeable works.
* Must have a high level of accuracy & compliance and be IT literate as will be using multiple systems at once
* High organisational Skills
* Skills to manage own workload
* The ability to work to/meet deadlines
* Experienced with working in fast paced environments.
* Successful candidates will have 2 weeks training and then be set up with a work buddy for any extra support - please not this is 100% office based in Perth
