Procurement Risk Administrator
Hours: 9am-5pm (Mon-Fri)
Location Bradford or Milton Keynes ( hybrid Role 2 days on site)
Salary: £250.00 per day (£31.28/h)
Contract: 6-month contract
Our client is looking for someone with a critical, intuitive, and analytical mind who is able to help and assist in the development and transformation of the client's business. The client is looking for someone who is adept at learning and apprehending things quickly, strong prioritisation and multitasking skills. As part of the business, you will be tasked with supporting the delivery of a robust procurement framework in line with the client's stakeholders and work collaboratively with the client's execution partner, to ensure increasing procurement maturity and increment business value for both parties.
The Role:
* Assisting Supplier Collaboration Partners with maintenance of risk logs, ensuring central core risks systems are updated
* Coordination of incident management ensuring timely and thorough responses to incidents, coordinating internal and external meetings, following through actions, submitting reports, attending governance, and ensuring adequate controls implemented with appropriate read across
* Coordinating our responses to Compliance Audits, Internal Audits, Line 2 risk requests etc
* Supporting the Supplier Collaboration Partners with specific administrative tasks such as Finance accruals, Finance recharges, Service Delivery queries, stationery stock management, daily control reports etc

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
* Resilience and ability to prioritise work to ensure delivery of all key objectives
* Ability to collaborate with and influence senior stakeholders both internally and externally in our suppliers to deliver agreed strategy. Internal stakeholders include staff at S3/S4 level across the organisation
* Ability to translate complex issues into clear and robust messages for communication to both senior stakeholders in the business and externally.
* Innovative, curious mind capable of seeing things in a different light, searching out new ways of doing things and challenging the status quo.
* Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
* Strong understanding of Operations, particularly risks and incidents
* Proven track record of understanding IAMRisk principles at a senior level in an Operational environment; experience of meeting internal policy and external regulation.
Vetting Requirements:
* Proof of Right to work in the UK
* Proof of National Insurance - NI Card, payslip or P60/P45
* Proof of Address dated within the last 3 months - Driver/provisional License, Utility bill, Bank statement
* 3 Years referencing details (Blue Arrow will apply for these)
* DBS (processed by Blue Arrow- External DBS accepted if on the update service
