We are looking for Customer Service Advisor's to work with one of the UK's largest banks based in Wolverhampton (WV9 5HA).

Start Date - ASAP
Salary - £10.64 an hour
Contract - 6 months
Interview - Teams Interview with HM
Location - Wolverhampton

Customer Service Advisor

* Provide a high-quality service by managing inbound telephony queries, keeping it simple and making it easier to do business with Lloyds Banking Group
* Provide support to Commercial clients requiring help with their day-to-day banking needs
* Take ownership of client problems, solving them at first point of contact and escalating when required
* Support Lloyds Banking Group's wider team to ensure that performance standards and business objectives are met
* Take ownership of personal development and training, through regular review of performance against business objectives
* Personally contribute to an environment where colleagues want to work and customers feel valued
* Consistently demonstrate Lloyds Banking Group values and behaviours
