Contact Centre Agent urgently required for a well established company based in Erdington, Birmingham.

As a Contact Centre Agent you will be responsible for:-

- Calling existing customers to obtain feedback on the service provided.

- Working to daily and monthly targets.

You will need to have a professional manner and be positive and motivated. You will ideally have a background working in customer service.

40 hours per week, Monday to Friday. On a rota basis between 8am - 6pm.

This is a hybrid role, 2 days in the office, 3 at home.
