Blue Arrow are recruiting on behalf our client and we are looking for Service Desk Analysts to join a team in Newtownabbey.
Immediate starts available once you are fully cleared through security watchdog
The role is Monday to Friday between 8am and 5pm, paying £9.90 per hour. The role is based on site in Newtownabbey.
Ideally candidates will have their own transport and you can park on site

This is a full-time temporary position for a 3-month period commencing immediately. It is essential that you have no holidays booked within the initial 4 weeks of training and limited holidays across duration of contract
This could lead to permanent vacancies with the client for the right candidates

We are looking for people with excellent customer service skills, good phone manner and enjoys being on the phones. It would be a bonus if the candidate happened to have an interest in IT or perhaps studied IT at school/college/uni. Can come from any background within customer service.
You will be taking calls from primary and secondary schools managing the avalanche of enquiries and will be large call volumes incoming across the team at around 1000 incoming per day at peak. The technical side can be trained for the role fully, but this is very basic IT support role and is more customer service.
The role involves ticket logging, processing, fault resolution, remote support and full responsibility for handling, escalations, follow up and providing excellent customer service.
