Property Manager - £25k - Bristol

We are currently recruiting for 2 x permanent Property Managers for our client to work out of their City Centre Office. The client is a property rental company that specialises in short and long term lets.
For this role you need a full UK driving licence and use of a car on a daily basis
Role: Property Manager
Salary: £25,000
Hours of work: 09.00 - 17.00
Days of work: Monday to Friday
Location: City Centre and in and around Bristol

What is the role
You will be doing property inspections during and after guests have departed, The properties the client manages on a short-term and long-term market need to look their best at all times and so it's your job to keep them looking great, from liaising with cleaners and contractors on the maintenance required to suggesting improvements to the client to improve service in the future.
What Experience you will need
1 years Previous experience in the property industry
A full UK driving licence and access to a car
Fluent written and spoken English
Ability to manage workload on a daily and weekly basis
