We are currently recruiting for 2 x Permanent Guest Relations Advisors (Customer Service Advisor) for our client to work in their City Centre Office. The client is a property rental company that specialises in short and long term rents.
Role: Guest Relations Advisor
Salary: £25,000
Hours of work: 09.00 - 17.00
Days of work: Monday to Friday
Location: City Centre
What is the role?
As a Guest Relations Advisor you will be the first port of call for any client that calls in or requests a call back regarding renting an apartment or House. You will be dealing with bookings, taking payments for the let and doing basic admin. You'll take queries, answer questions from customers give advice on where to go and what to see in Bristol.
What experience you'll need
1 year previous customer service work vis telephone or face to face
1 year previous administration experience
Experience in word, excel and outlook
Fluent written and spoken English
