Temporary: 12 weeks
Part-time: 15 hours (flexible) 3 days a week
We are seeking a Handyman to join a local care home in Welwyn Garden City. Would suit someone looking for part time hours, which can be worked flexibly.

Job Role Duties:
 Minor general repairs around the unit
 Putting up notice boards / putting together new furniture
 Testing of emergency lighting
 Assisting with weekly fire checks
 Assisting with water checks
 Putting out bigger jobs required to building management
 Dealing with contractors coming onto site when on shift
 Re-painting bedrooms when required
 Sweeping the fire escape routes especially during autumn as we have a few trees surrounding us.
Skills Required:
 Experience within a similar role
 Enhanced DBS holder (via update service), or willing to pay for application
