We're recruiting for a Quality and Teaching Excellence Coordinator for a client of ours based in Newcastle City Centre. The role is to support the preparation of an international Professional, Statutory, and Regulatory Bodies reaccreditation attached to Business and Law at the University.
The role is to start as soon as possible, 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday £15.06 per hour, the end date of this contract is 31/08/22 but this may be extended. You will be required to be on campus every Wednesday and Friday, with the remaining days working from home (unless the business requires you on campus additional days)
To be considered for this role you must have the following:
* Excellent communication skills
* The ability to interpret process, guidance and policy supporting a range of internal and external key stakeholders
* Previous administrative experience (ideally at a Senior level)
* Previous secretarial/ note taking experience
The main duties of this role include:
* Organising, planning and prioritising work activities for yourself and others
* Respond positively to feedback by proactively reviewing processes, procedures, and practices to ensure that the needs and expectations of relevant stakeholders are met
* Support the Registry Senior Manager Team and Review and Professional, Statutory and Regulatory Body Team by coordinating and contributing to the provision of professional expertise and support ensuring that the service provides high levels of stakeholder satisfaction
* Manage relevant internal and external databases and other records in support of these activities
* Be responsible for liaison and communication with colleagues in faculties and other services in relation to these areas
* Act as secretary/support to committees
* Work with Quality and Teaching Excellence colleagues and contribute to the wider activity of the Team as required
