Experience within a customer services environment is required whilst legal/agricultural knowledge may also be advantageous, although full training will be given.
Job Description

Role: Administrative Assistant
Location: Charlton Place - Andover
Division: Mortgages
Salary: £15.51 per hour
Contract: Temporary (Ongoing), 6 months minimum - strong possibility of becoming a permanent role
Hours: 35 Hours working 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
Skills and Experience Required:
* Dealing with loan applications from new and existing clients, providing support within the lending process where needed
* Liaising with customers to secure acceptance of potential loan offers
* Issue legal instructions and letters to a variety of clients/solicitors to ensure efficient completion of load applications
* Assisting the overall delivery of loan amendments for existing clients
