We're currently seeking an inbound Call Centre Representative to work within our fast-paced environment providing strong telephonic support to our customers.

Purpose
To manage inbound customer contacts in a timely manner, assessing each complaint against Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and current protocols to establish an appropriate response to ensure the best outcome for our customer. We are a customer focused organization, committed to developing our people to ensure we can provide the best customer service.

Essential Skills, Knowledge & Behaviours
You will be trained on everything you need to know about services, but we're looking for enthusiastic, positive individuals who are natural at providing an excellent customer experience. Requirements are as follows:-

* Good interpersonal skills to establish positive rapport with customers
* Exceptional customer service skills to ensure customers receive satisfactory service
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to successfully identify issues and determine the most effective solutions and the ability to research every customer issue
* IT literacy, including working knowledge of relevant software systems such as Microsoft Excel, data input and databases
* Ability to remain calm and professional when dealing with unsatisfied customers
* Stamina to handle high volumes of inbound calls and consistently provide excellent customer service
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to build sustainable relationships with internal stakeholders
* Ability to show empathy towards customers and their concerns
* Previous experience in a fast-paced customer service role is imperative

Hybrid Working:
Whilst our offices are open and fully functional again, you will have the option to work from home provided it does not affect your ability to provide outstanding customer service. Likewise, you can make use of our office space as frequently as you wish.
There may also be requirements to attend the office on some occasions. Our office is based in the Fairmilehead area of Edinburgh, with free onsite parking. This site is also easily accessible via public transport with several bus routes nearby.

Training:
The successful post holder will be required to attend the office for training to ensure that they are fully supported and equipped to begin the role. The training will run over the course of a 3-week period and will be fully paid. Due to the nature of the hybrid role, we are looking to recruit across Edinburgh & the Lothians to ensure that requirements for in person training can be met.

Hours:
Part time, 25 hours. With the constant delivery of customer service, the business operates 24/7 and therefore, shifts may include evenings, weekend work and public holidays.
Pay Rates:
£9.94 per hour Monday - Friday
£14.91 Saturday and Sundays and any hours over 37.5 per week.
