Hotel Duty Manager
Duty Manager required at a hotel just outside of Birmingham city centre
as a duty manager you will be required to:
Be the initial management point of contact for departments when on shift.
Conduct thorough handovers
Greet and deliver exceptional customer service to hotel guests
Deal and resolve any guest complaints that may arise
Handle guests requests for information and providing answers; putting them in contact with the appropriate people if necessary
Have the ability to deliver excellent customer service and great team work in a fast paced and pressurised environment
Previous leadership experience in a hotel management role is essential.
£11.50 an hour
